Encouraging “3010”
In large group gatherings, people tend to mingle and drink, largely ignoring the food that is being brought out. The result: quite the amount of food loss, as most of the food remains uneaten and is left behind.
“3010” is a movement to prevent such food loss at large parties. It encourages people to remain seated for the first 30 minutes of the party to enjoy the food and then to again return to their seats 10 minutes before the end of the party to prevent unnecessary food loss.
